Thrive Causmetics

Does anyone order from this Company? I recently ordered their eye brighteners waiting for them to arrive. I've used their mascara in the past no comlaints.

Interested in feedback please. I ordered colors Stella and Callie

I bought 2 of their eyeliner pencils 2 years ago, didnt find them very special and one broke as soon as I tried it, they did send me a replacement for it. My NYX for a fraction of the cost is just as nice.

I don't purchase from companies that donate to "causes" unless I've researched those causes. I want to know exactly where the money goes. Sometimes it not where I want

edited to say- im only speaking about companies who are very up front about their charitable giving and make a big point of it

@smoochy I never gave that a thought. It's not any different than buying from

vendors or brand names. Quality of the product is all that matters

on the home page they list all the causes they support. Most i agree with. One category i do not. So I would not spend money on this brand. Luckily I have many other choices. To be honest I wouldn't have looked into this had their mission not been so prominently displayed, in their brand name and on their website. It certainly caught my attention.

There was a lawsuit against them. Something about not living up to what they say they do in their charity department. That's all I know.

Several years ago, I tried the mascara and I think maybe some lipstick. I don't remember much about the lipstick. The mascara was really nice at first but the tube dried up quickly.

@JeanLouiseFinch - I tried the mascara for awhile too, then switched back to the Essence Lash Princess mascara.

I love their products. I think the mascara, blush, and lipsticks are among the best I've ever used.

I have several of their eye brighteners and I really like them. My eyes are very sensitive and these don't make my eyes water. They stay on and don't smear. The mascara is just so so. I don't like the wand. I think LoReal's tubing mascara is just as good for half the price. I've tried the eyebrow pencil and it's ok. I like Anastasia better.

Prime is another company very similar to Thrive.

@theresa I tried the Thrive Mascara. Didn't think it was anything special. There are lots of better tubular mascaras IMHO.
