The Juliette's body spray is on sale but I don't want to buy one item at $20 and pay shipping. Oh well. I haven't received my Juliette's Rose items from HSN because they are having the same shipping issues as QVC from the Ontario warehouse. Who knows when I'll get them.

That Ontario warehouse has certainly caused alot of disappointment. Do you have any estimated eta for your Juliet Rose trio?

I saw the sale priced body spray too and added it to my cart. I know each day will feature new items but will the prices change or revert back to the higher price as the sale goes on? I hope not. That'll require a $50 minimum to avoid shipping fees if you'reinterested in the daily sale. Ouch. Just an FYI, I'd previously put a single item in my cart and the shipping was $4.95. Then I played with a multiple order just under $50 and shipping was $7.95.

Hope you get your Juliet Rose order soon! My eta is July 5th, coming from Tenn.

@rochelleS Hopefully we won't see something every day of this sale that we want. I didn't see anything I wanted today, but tomorrow I might. Truly, I need absolutely nothing in the way of beauty products, but I am one that likes to stock up on something I like to use when it is on sale.

I'm sure I will check out their website every day thru July 10 though, if for no other reason that to make sure there isn't something I want so I can feel good about not spending any more money on Perlier. LOL!

Wonder what their "we're refreshing our site to serve you better" means. I don't find their website hard to navigate. And then they talk about a "pause," so I assume that means their website will be down for a short while (day or two?) while they "refresh."

@rochelleS - My Juliette's Rose order from HSN hasn't even shipped yet so have no idea when it'll arrive. Getting really tired of this shipping mess from Ontario. At first I didn't care and figured I'd get my items whenever but that was back in April. Now I've had just about enough of being patient and all the excuses waiting for my orders. It's ridiculous that it's taken this long to remedy whatever the problem is.

I am having problems with shipping all of a sudden. Haven't in the past. None of my last orders from HSN have even shipped, much less arrived. They all say they are in packaging phase. It's been a good week since I ordered.

What really surprises me is that Amazon's usual same day/next day, etc. is all wacko too. I was supposed to have a same-day purchase Friday. It didn't come. Then they said it would be here yesterday. It didn't come. Now they say they think it might be lost, and I can ask for a refund, even though "it may still arrive." I have three separate orders from them that are not moving. I assume it has something to do with UPS and the layoffs there.

I have one item from QVC, an as-is yard ornament, that is still in processing. It was supposed to be here tomorrow. It was a patriotic item, so I have my doubts it will be here by the 4th of July.

Guess I have been spoiled by not ever having the continual problems others have had with shipping................until now. Oh, well, I'll live.

Its incredibly frustrating. I ordered a set of sheets from QVC on June 20, tomorrow it'll be 10 days since I ordered and they are still "packaging." A couple items I ordered early last week, Tuesday I think, are still "packaging" too. Not sure when I'll get any of it. Think I'll hold off ordering from the Q and HSN for a while unless it's something I really want and don't care how long it takes to get here.

Can't remember exactly. Some computer update issue, I think. It's been going on since April so I have my doubts that a computer update issue would take this long to get resolved.

I got the email too. I was just browsing to see if there was anything I needed, so far I am good, but that could change. @rochelleS I did received my orange blossom body water. It smells wonderful so fresh but it doesn't last long. I keep having to refresh. Have you gotten yours yet?

I have had similar issues with HSN @World Traveler 2 of my orders got canceled after being in packaging for 2-3 weeks. A 3rd order was also in packaging for more than 2 weeks, it finally shipped 2 days ago.

If there is still inventory it will ship otherwise it gets canceled. Having said that couple of other orders came within 3 days!

Oh, well, none of them were items that I had run out of.......yet. If they eventually get to me, that's fine. I haven't checked to see if they have charged me yet; and if so, that's a no-no.

@World Traveler They do charge your CC & refund it if it gets canceled but do keep an eye.
