Doll 10 Question

I recently found (oops, didn't know I had) Doll 10 Doll Skin Perfecting Treatment Powder..........a loose powder. I've used it a few days and love it! I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know if the Doll 10 Pink Power Brightening Powder replaced it?? TIA

Thanks for your response. I also have the Doll 10 Pink Powder and also the Tarte pink loose powder. I have learned that pink powders are best for my fair/light as a finisher. I should pour a bit out of The Doll Skin perfecting powder and the Doll 10 pink powder and see if I can compare. Don't you hate it when you discover something you like and then ....poof.......it's gone.

Oh...I sure do find it annoying and frustrating when I can't find the product I "just discovered".

I have an ULTA store in the neighborhood...and I'm going to try there. (I find their sales associates kinda "pushy" to get you to "try something else" when they don't carry what you want, tho...)

In the end...I'll probably try "pot luck" with something from Amazon. di

I've only tried the "loose". It is VERY fine milled. Definitely use a primer with it. Or as a finishing powder OVER foundation. di

@Desertdi thank you for your thoughts. I just got the 3 piece special that had the tinted moisturizer, warming powder, and double ended brush. I really like it. I can see putting the pink powder over the tinted moisturizer when I'm not using the warming powder - or after using other foundations i own.

The "yellow" and "pink" basically do the same thing: Even and brighten your skin tone, and preserve your makeup thru the entire day.

Same basic principles: Pink for fair or cool skin tones, and yellow for warm or deeper skin tones.

PS: There are also finishing powders for women of color.

Doll 19 has said the yellow one is more if you have redness to color correct. It will also brighten.

@scullychick I have only tried the loose with a fluffy brush. I really like the look of pink powder for fair skin. I like the Doll 10 and the Tarte

The pink brightening powder ison Q and I did find the Doll Skin Perfecting Treatment Powder on the Doll 10 website. I actually emailed their customer service inquiring of the difference in the two products. They won' be available until Monday and if I get a response I will come back and share the information.

My interest is in the loose................AND the difference in the two products in my first post.

OOPS. I don't see the loose version sold on its own. Looks like the only way to get it at the moment, loose powder, is in a trio........brush, pink powder, and some foundation. Might be available on its own on HSN.

I'm still hoping to get an answer from their website about the difference in the two products in my first post.

@Shelbelle This is strange and the more I think about it these might indeed be the same product. I would never have given it any thought until I found Doll Skin Perfecting Treatment Powder in my stash.............no idea I had it.

Went to HSn and looked at the pink brightening powder (which I have but not a single purchase currently on the Q) and it is available 826-138.

What is strange, they also sell, says NEW item Pink Power BrighteningTREATMENT Powder (# is odd 138-5885). So I hope to hear from Doll 10 website for clarification.
