SKINN Order From Last Weekend

Usually when I order from HSN, items ship quickly. Usually within a couple of days. The SKINN items I ordered last weekend are still in the "packaging" stage. Don't think they'll make it to me by their delivery date of Tuesday. LOL Wonder if they are coming from the infamous and troubled Ontario warehouse? These shipping issues are getting old.

I agree 100%. I ordered some Andrew Lessman vitamins and the status says "extended delivery" . They haven't even shipped yet. I'm having problems with QVC and HSN deliveries

@Icegoddess - I don't know for sure about Ontario. Was just thinking maybe they are because of all the changes happening. Also, SKINN is a CA company so it would kind of make sense to have them ship from Ontario. I could be all wrong and off my rocker though. LOL Usually my HSN orders ship from Piney Flats, TN.

This happened to me with 2 of my Perlier kits. It was in packaging for over a month & then they cancelled it last week. They said they are having a warehouse issue.

@FLGators - That "warehouse issue" is getting old too. I've heard that since the 3rd week of April. Oh well, I'll eventually get the items. I ordered some shirts on 5/23 and just got them delivered last night, 6/5. They came from the Ontario warehouse.

completely agree. They revised the delivery date on my order to late May.

When it still didn't show I checked the status, there were 2 new orders created for the same items but with $0 charge.

Later that day recieved a return request processed email I never authorized. I had to chat to get the stock "warehouse issue" response

I hear your frustration. At least it's "packaging" though. I have a few orders here on the Q that say "advanced order" and have been seeing this more frequently. It is taking forever to come into stock, yet it said "in stock" when it was ordered. Ugh!

My orders have been punctual as well. Everything ordered on June 1st was delivered yesterday afternoon, June 5th. All from Piney Flats, TN.

I've gotten orders from HSN in two days. This is always surprising. The shipping stars are definitely aligned when that happens. I'm in MI.

Both my Skinn orders are out for delivery today but I haven't been up to the farm gate today. My tweak'd order is delivered so it should be up there too.

ETA: I forgot that my lip serum arrived yesterday and the Skinn milk serum arrived today from Piney Flats, TN. I always enjoy seeing that address as I grew up in East TN and know where that is. My Tweak'd order was there too.

I have surprisingly fast HSN shipping , once it ships. That wasn't always the case. I live in Iowa and it comes from Piney Flats also. Much better since UPS did away with Mail Inovations.

Well checked again this morning, Saturday, and my SKINN items are still "packaging." I ordered them last Saturday night/early Sunday morning. Those on the east coast who received their items must have shipped from Piney Flats, TN. I'm wondering since I'm in CA, if items are now being shipped from Ontario for those of us in the western part of the country. I'll give it a couple more days and then call customer service. This is so aggravating.

Update: I just checked my credit card and it shows I was charged for my SKINN products on June 1 so doesn't that usually mean that they have shipped? Maybe they will show up on time after all!

@Icegoddess - Yea! Yours shipped. Checked mine an hour or so ago and it still says "packaging." But what's weird is that my cc was charged on June 1 and I thought they don't charge your cc until they ship. I'm hoping that the system didn't update and the items shipped and I'll get them soon. I usually get things from HSN quickly.
