Do you sleep on your side? If you do, then the wrinkles may be the result of the skin being pushed together while you sleep. If that's how you sleep, then there's not much that can be done.

Have gotten very good results on chest wrinkles with the original Isomers Neck and Chin firming lotion. Not so much with their newer neck and chin/chest products. Recommend the original product if you can get it. Now using Perricone Sub-D which also seems to be helping.

Treat your chest as you would your face. SPF is absolutely THE most important anti aging product there is. If you don't use SPF then don't bother to use retinols or other chemical exfoliants or anti aging to correct it because you are literally defeating the whole purpose.

I would suggest starting off with Alpha Hydrox Retinol ResQ. It is a good product that will help your skin to start producing collagen which will help keep the skin firm. it is a good exfoliant that will help with wrinkles. When you are outside or in the car or near a window the suns UVA (the A stands for aging) rays are hitting your skin. Even if it is cloudy this is happening. While you may not get any color (tan or burn) the UVA rays are aging your skin. SPF is a must in protecting it. I would get a good moisturizer with a SPF and wear it everyday. One that contains cell communicating ingredients and antioxidants. Paula's Choice makes great ones. They are priced reasonably and don't contain irritating fragrances. She also has other chemical exfoliants that will help to give your skin a jump start and slough off some of the dead skin which could be making your skin look a little more crepey than it really is.

I use Silcskin Decollette pads and order on Amazon. It is a patch developed for burn patients and very effective but temporary results that last about 24 hours.

I am a side sleeper with three deep vertical chest lines and these are silicone pads you apply for an hour (when getting ready in the a.m. and don't use lotions or creams) and you will be amazed the lines are practically gone when you lift off the patch! It is a large triangular silicone patch that sticks and covers most of the upper chest area.

They are expensive and I apply when wearing a lower neckline or for special events when self conscious of the wrinkles.

I am loving BE Neck and Decollette cream but softens neck a lot but not so much for chest. I need to order more SKINN Collagenous cream as did see some results with using.

Plug in an iron and iron away! Just could not resist. Just use a moisturizer or oil daily especially at bedtime. Marula oil is excellent for very dry skin and redness. I recently purchased Acure Organics Marula oil which absorbs quickly and is not as heavy as another Marula oil I had at home. I like Maracuja oil for my scalp, argan oil for my eye lashes and sometimes my face but Marula oil is now my no. 1.

IF side sleeping is your cause...I agree mostly w/ QVC Fan. There IS something that you can do...Silcskin Decollette pads from Amazon TOTALLY WORK! I don't think they are that expensive because the pad lasts for months. I wear it to bed and wake up wrinkle free.

Apply to clean, dry skin and wear to bed. In the morning...no chest wrinkles. I have used them for years and have no side sleeping wrinkles anymore! I still use a neck cream during the day...but it is the pad that prevents the wrinkles from side sleeping in the first place.

That is pretty much exactly what my dermatologist told me when I asked her about my chest wrinkles: use SPF to protect and a retinol cream to restore. I use ROC Deep Wrinkle on both my face and chest; they have both a daytime and a nighttime cream--I got both at Costco. Thanks for the recommendation on other products--I may try one of those when my ROC runs out (although I am happy with it).

I am not going to recommend a $100 neck/decollete cream, but if you've never even applied your body lotion or cream to your chest area shame on you. The chest needs some external help with hydration. Any kind of cream will help, but I always opted for something heavier even before the fancy expensive creams for the area came out.

These days I take my hands over the neck and chest when I'm using argan oil on my face. I also don't skip the area when I apply body lotions and creams. The result of my habit has been that without using anything specifically for the neck and chest, I'm pleased with the texture and appearance of both. By the way I'm a side sleeper too.

I just wish I'd started it sooner. My chest is wrinkling before my face and neck and it's from sun damage. That's an area where I've often forgotten to cover up a LOT. I've done a lot of boating and sailing and that's probably the most sun damaged skin on my whole body.

Given that its sun damage, I might try using Retin-A there or Vamp's suggestion of the ROC deep wrinkle. The Sub-D is working, but I could use something a little more aggressive I think. Great thread, Michelley -- thanks!
