Received my email about 5 easy pay on request, but can't get it to apply the easy pay on the Josie TSV, how do you get it to apply?

Go back to your email, and access the Q from your email. That should get you to the easy pay on request.

edited to add...read the fine print on the offer. Does it allow you to use it on a TSV? Sometimes those are restricted.

I was told you have to call customer service to get it to work. I was able to use mine on the TSV.

I couldn't get it to work going through the email either. I had to call CS for them to apply it even though I got a message that ""promotion was activated"". I have never been able to get the easy pay on demand to work through the email they send and I usually get a least one offer every year.

Same thing happened to me!! Thought I would try to apply it to the TSV but wouldn't apply it. Still on the fence anyway about the TSV due to all the questions about the colors and how they run.

I used it-you have to access QVC through the email link.

I do not think you can use on TSV or something already on easy pay. Make sure by reading fine print though.

I have not been offered one in a long time but I always had to put my item on check hold and call CS to get the easy pay applied

I am having the same issue for days now , trying to use it for A221566 , Dr.P..Eye Serum, it keeps showing just 3 e-zpays, that expired on 1/9th, then when you checkout, it does not give you the options for the 5! I AM LOGGED IN FOR THE ACTIVATION! You do have to log in for that, but, it still does not work for this one item...I will jut call it in later, but, its frustrating! Try just calling the number on the card 1-800-345-1515

ps..You CANNOT use it for something already on e-zpay...
