Did you recieve your RMS orders?

I ordered 4 items from the RMS show. Checked on Order Status and saw items were shipped but no tracking information is available. I also called to hear the list of items ordered. Message said ordered sent UPS then transfered to USPS. No further information is avaiable. Anyone else in this boat with me?

@candicookie. Don't be overly concerned. All sorts of things happen with tracking. If it's been transferred to USPS, you're on track to receive it in a day or two

If this is your first RMS order, be advised that those orders are shipped from RMS's warehouse, not QVC's. If USPS has it, you'll probably get it before the end of the week.

They don’t give you a tracking when you order from qvc. So don’t be concerned. QVC and rms need to fix this issue. Because when you call about an update qvc has no idea and rms says that’s qvc issue. It shouldn’t be hard to give you a tracking number

@candicookie Not to worry. As JLF said, the items ship directly from RMS, and they are normally FAST! I hope you enjoy what you purchased.
