What is that skin calming cream people often mention here? Is it an Aveeno product? My neck is getting itchy along the area where it meets my body. I hate it because I love wearing turtlenecks in the winter and they are now bothering me especially at that seam at the bottom of the neck. I feel like I need a smooth thingy to wear underneath the turtleneck part but then I think that'll be hot.

When I've gotten a little too aggressive with exfoliating and my face felt raw, I used plain, raw, organic jojoba butter, on clean, dry skin. Nothing else. Recommend to me by @SilleeMee. It soothed and healed my face quickly . Maybe you could for a similar basic jojoba cream.

They also make a few cleanser formulas. The Aveeno line is called "Calm & Restore". It may be more for rosaea than itchies, but worth a try on your neck.
