topic Do you use Purity with or without water? in Beauty

i have always rinsed my face first then applied purity to a wet face. I have heard on QVC as well as from others that you can apply it directly to a dry face...does it work better that way and do you have to use more? seems it would be hard to disperse without the extra water.
