Beauty Purchases This Week; 10/17/24

Good morning everyone! Please let us know what you purchased this past week and, if you've received it, how you like it or maybe not.

Here's my list:

Timeless - Feeling a bit frustrated. Ordered Vit C on October 5, it's been sitting in my area with UPS since last Friday, the 12th. At least thats what the shipping details say. Ever since Timeless moved their shipping to TX, I've had issues with my orders getting here in a timely manner. It's been almost 2 weeks since I ordered which seems like a long time to me. Almost forgot about it.

Fenty - From ULTA I ordered the Fu$$y Flex Lip Luminizer and the RiRi lip liner. Haven't received them yet.

Milani - Wanted to try their new primer which has gotten some good reviews. It's the Conceal + Perfect Blur Out Smoothing Primer. It comes in a container with a little spatula. Was curious about it. Haven't received it yet.

RMS Beauty - Ordered the Eyelights shade in Luster. It was a popular shade from last holiday season so they brought it back. The last few days I've really been enjoying the Eyelights shades that I have. Finally have found a cream eyeshadow that stays on my lids. Apply with a brush and it's so easy and just need the teeniest bit. A tube will last me forever. Nice one and done product. Haven't received this shade yet.

Laura Geller Beauty - Ordered 3 Kajal liners and one Jelly Lip Balm. The liners are Toasted Kohl - a champagne bronze shade; Soft Slate - a classic taupe shade; Deep Charcoal - a dark gray shade. The Jelly Balm in Very Black Cherry - a berry brown shade. Was a little frustrated ordering from the website this time as I wanted to use my points but couldn't figure out how. They certainly don't make it easy to figure out how to use them - even when I followed their directions.

Korres - HSN has a set of 6 holiday body butters. They are perfect stocking stuffer size - 1.6 oz - or small thank you type gift size. Will split the set up between my DD and hair stylist. Haven't received yet.

T3 had 25% sale and I purchased a curling iron

and a flat iron. Mine were old, (at least 10 yrs.

& ready for an update)

Moroccanoil: Ordered the hair oil in Light. Rec'd

a sample w/ last order and like it.

Between my RMS face oil, the hair oil and Jojoba I mix w/ body lotion, I'll slide out of bed. Lol......

I've really been on a no buy, I have too much, but I did order some Wen winter vanilla mint oil duo on free shipping day. I'll use some in my hair, and mix some in my body lotion.

I enjoy reading everyone's purchases.

I ordered the trio pack of Caudalie hand creams. I need some extra creams to carry in my handbag and around the house.

This is my first purchase of a Caudalie product. The hand cream set is a limited edition and is a good price, so thought I'd buy before it goes out of stock. I should be receiving them in a day or two.

Puracy Organic gel hand soap--lavender + vanilla

QRx Labs 20% glycolic acid pads (Someone, I'm sorry I don't remember who, asked about these in a post last week. I don't leave this product on my skin but for a few minutes before I wash it off. My skin is very sensitive, and this process works for me.)

Futurize Luna Nectar--bakuchiol and rosehip serum (This is new to me.)

Fitglow beauty Vit C & bakuchiol body cream (this is a back up purchase I mentioned last week, because I am seeing results with this cream.)

Hey Beauties! DH and I are away from home. The only beauty purchase I've made was a bottle of NYX Setting Spray. I forgot mine at home and really needed my makeup to last.

Hi ladies.
I purchased from Laura Geller the kit she has for Fran Dreschers Cancer Schmancer foundation. I was off Monday and Laura was on Good Day New York talking. I didn’t know she was a breast cancer survivor. 50% of proceeds go to the foundation. The kit has baked blush ,highlighter and shadow duo and a dual ended brush .its in a cute mirrored case . I received it yesterday. It’s fantastic. I also decided to try balance and brighten foundation. Have a good weekend 😊

Just got the Sunday Riley 3 pc Jewel; box--has ceo, luna night oil and good genes in it--I kind of like this line--especially the CEO---came in small sample sizes--been on kind of a buying spree these last 2 months--not normal for me---now I need to go thru and start tossing out the old----

I tried one of the Caudalie hand creams I ordered. Very nice! It's light, absorbs well is not greasy and keeps my hands smooth. The one I used is lightly musk scented: pleasant and not overwhelming. The other creams are orange blossom and rose scents.

I prefer Caudalie hand creams over L'Occitane. Caudalie is not as heavy and seems to absorb better than the other. I'm glad I ordered the set.

@SilleeMee Darn it you got me. Not like I need ANOTHER sparkle lippie. I have the gold version of this, and gold only refers to the tube, not the lippie itself. Plus, I have 3 Tarte Maracuja sparkle lippies, 2 colors and 1 clear, a Focallure dupe of the Tarte, a Nars lip gloss and a Glow Bloom Shimmer Lip Oil, but I just couldn't resist. Didn't have a $5 coupon though. At least it was free shipping and 10% at TopCashBack. However, the presentation where Amy was saying you'd pay $60/tube elsewhere. Not me, no ever. That's crazy.

BTW, if you've seen the Focallure dupes of products on Amazon, I'm pleased with the Tarte Maracuja shimmer lippie dupe and plan to try others.

@poregirl - I was looking at this foundation the other day. If you don't mind me asking, which shade did you get?
