I bought the Dyson Hair Air wrap last November when it was a TSV thinking there was no way it would merit the price tag but after using in Dec and Jan I was hooked at how it dried and styled my hair. I didn't want to return as it gave me the volume I wanted and the the soft beachy waves. Now 10 months in, I am noticing that it has lost suction. I use to hold out a section of hair and it would find it and wrap around the barrel without any issue. Now I basically have to direct the hair or hold it in a area and then it will slowly wrap but this was NOT the product I initially paid for. I have checked the bottom of the wand's filter that slides from the bottom and I do not see it being clogged with lint. Has ANYONE else had issues with their air wrap losing suction?? It was quite the investment and I am so frustrated it didn't perform even a year without having an issue. Just looking for others who have owned one for a long period of time to see if this is common.

I've had it for longer than you have and can honestly say it's still functioning the same way it always has. I would pursue this with Dyson. 2 year warranty.

Reach out to Dyson, they will probably walk you thru a series of steps to check operation that will help you find the issue. Good Luck!
