Is DRMTLGY a scammer?

Keep getting text messages re my orders from this company. They have some other woman's name.

Keep deleting these messages and flagging as junk. Buth they still keep coming--I've received dozens.

Called the customer service number to tell them I'm not her and to stop contacting me, but no one answers the phone there.

According to the BBB, a poor rating. Just trying to sort it out.

Block the number. DRMTLGY is a good company that I've ordered from and so have others on this Board and no one has ever mentioned this happening. Scammers can change a companies URL just slightly and scam you - Geek Squad is an example. Just block the number.

It is Anderson Windows for me. I get so many emails from so many places with their name. I have never purchased nor inquired into Anderson windows.

It's State Farm for me.

Many pester calls per day.

I do not and never had them for insurance, and never requested information from them.

We live in the NE and last Fall would get 10-15 calls / day from a SC real estate operation. Verizon / Fios finally got Nomorobo and I downloaded the app ( free ) and both landlines are on it. For about 2 weeks I would go online for each landline and block the calls ( it shows the city and tel. # ).

No More Calls...perhaps you could do the same. I first read about Nomorobo here on these boards but it took Verizon a long, long time to get on board.

I have ordered from them and never had a problem. My guess is that customer entered the wrong phone number when they asked for her number for text message updates. Just accidentally hit like the 7 instead of the 6.

This has happened to me with Raymour&Flanagan, a furniture store. They kept sending emails and it wasn’t my name.
I have the app “UnrollMe” which allows me to unsubscribe, roll up or keep emails. Saves me a lot of time and aggravation.

Have you tried sending STOP. That may end it.
