Beekman TSV Bloom cream. Dispenser

Well, after three days, my dispenser on my bloom cream from the TSV has given out during one of the presentations the Beekman boys said it had been a problem in the past, but it’s been fixed. So now I need to call customer service and find out what I need to do. How is this dispenser going to make it through all those TSV deliveries, I doubt it and then will TSV stand behind it and send a new dispenser ?

@Bellini13 - I only bought the Bloom Cream once. The dispenser didn't work right from the get go. I returned it for a refund. I don't want to deal with any hassle like that. Just give me a simple tube or pump bottle.

I would just empty it into a regular jar and do your own dispensing, and chalk it up to a fancy but faulty application, but I would also let Beekman CS know.

Beekman introduced a tube application for the Bloom Cream on their last visit, but it may have been on HSN, rather than QVC (IDR).

Suggest you return the faulty product OR place it in a clean jar and use up the contents from there.

Just a FWI you might have to pump it a few times when you start using it. It might happen at times because of airless pump. But it should not break. If it has that is just a bad design.

If you want to still use it you can buy cheap airless jars on Amazon.

I once had a problem with a Beekman product and, following a phone call to them, a replacement product was mailed to me. I recall that the CS Rep was efficient and gracious.

@Bellini13 Yes, it was a product (don't remember which one) bought on QVC. I think it was something that leaked during the mailing process? If memory strikes me right, the company is under new ownership -- I hope that their CS remains as resposive as they were in my experience. Wish I remembered more -- but what I do remember was a very positive impression of the company as a result of this transaction with their CS.

I use the Bloom cream. Turn it upside down and shake it to push the product to the top. Then store it upside down. I have had no issues using it like this.
