Probiotics for Rosacea

Recently I took antibiotics for an infection and they cleared all the rosacea bumps I had on my face. I also have redness from rosacea. A few days after ending the antibiotics, my face started breaking out again. So I'm figuring it must have something to do with the bacteria in my gut. I eat Greek yogurt, but the cultures in that don't seem to help. Does anyone take probiotics for their rosacea? If so, what kind?

Thanks in advance!

I do not know if probioptics has anything to do with rosacea, but a friend takes a low dose antibiotic and it cleared up her rosacea tremendously. Speak to your doctor.

I eat Greek Yogurt (plain and flavored) every morning. I always add quinoa for fiber. The quinoa expands in the moisture of the yogurt and makes it very easy to eat. Good luck with everything.

The redness started as a teenager. I also have the broken caps and a few of those red dots and lately the bumps. I spent so much money on different products and finally found Dove fragrance free soap and that works pretty well. I'm trying to figure out how to attack the cause since the antibiotics worked for a short time. I'll let everyone know if I find anything that helps!
