There seem to be so many companies like this that "don't test themselves," but their parent company does or like you said @geegerbee, have others test when a country requires it.

I always look at Leaping Bunny to make sure if anyting is cruelty free.

It would also be difficult to acquire any type of Retinol, I'd imagine that was.

Every time one uses his products, people should picture the rabbits or other innocent animals that are forcibly tortured and blinded by these products.

I like his products and will continue to use them. My daughter was "tested" with a face product many years ago and has scarring from the product. Perhaps this may offend some but I would have preferred a human was not tested on first.

PTR hasnt been cruelty-free for years.

I stopped using them for that reason many years ago. His products arent that unique. It's easy to find cruelty-free products as dupes for his items.
