I have some I haven't used yet because I was afraid of the same thing. There are many posters here who love it though and reassured me it comes out nice. I'm hoping to get my nerve up this week and try it since sunny warm weather is finally here.🌸

Yes, I've used it for a couple of years now. It is the only tanning product I use on my face. I spray it very lightly and its is entirely natural looking. I think that if one sprayed it heavily it might drip but that is not how it is supposed to be used. It couldn't be easier to use, and a nice fragrance that doesn't linger.

I want to try this sometime! It looked so great on TV! Would this work on my warm ivory skin tone or do I need to try to get a base tan?

@SportyShorty07 I am what is usually described as a light medium skin tone. One spray will not make you tan - just a shade warmer than you are. I basically use it as a substitute for foundation in the warmer months. It is not a dramatic change in color.

This sounds like a good product because it can be worn in one application for a subtle bronzy glow vs some other types of self tanner that I'd have to apply head to toe to match the face. I'm considering getting this because I'm trying to challenge myself to do a few no-makeup days or minimal makeup days this Summer since I'm so used to my signature look of doing a glam full face of makeup .

@SportyShorty07 That is exactly how I use it. Just one other thing - it takes hours for the color to fully develop. So if you want to wake up with a bronzy glow, use it the night before. If you let it thoroughly dry you can apply serums or moisturizers on top and it will still work. If in the morning you want to ramp it up a little, do another light spray and by the afternoon you will see the result. I usually respray every third day, or every other day if I am using a lot of facial scrubs.

@Bookplate Thank you so much! This is such great advice ! That is so cool that I can even potantially sleep in it to wake up with a glow and put moisturizers on top of it once it dries. It would be so much fun to wake up with a nice glow. Can I spray this on my legs? I want to wear short shorts this summer, but I have blindingly white legs since I wear skinny jeans everyday- it would be nice to have alittle bronzy glow to my legs . I've only had a tan once in my life and it was amazing- I accidentally fell asleep on a beach in a bikini in Los Angeles for about 3 hours when I was a teen while my friends were playing in the waves and I loved the results and I loved how the tan made my green eyes sparkle even more and made my muscles look more toned. I want to try to achieve a glowy sunkissed type of look this Summer by using faux tan products .

Well, I have only used it on my face so I'm not sure. I think it would be tricky to spray one's own legs evenly, particularly the backs. St. Tropez makes a number of tanning products for the body and QVC seems to sell most of them; I think they would be a better choice for legs. You might just do a search here and see if something looks promising.

I used a whole bottle last year and loved it. It goes on very evenly and looks beatiful- even on the shoulders and decolletage.As with any self tanner, it is not the initial application that is the issue, it is the wearing off which is always uneven and makes me look like a lizzard.
