    <description>&lt;P&gt;Well maybe it's not exactly the same thing, we used to have a subscription for cat food on Chewy. It was a very specialty allergy free cat food. The last order that we had already shipped when she passed away. &amp;nbsp;I alerted them that she had died, and what to with all the food; they were very kind when I spoke to someone on the phone and said to please donate all those cases of the cat food, that they were sorry for our loss, and we would not be charged for the order. Later in the month we actually received a sympathy card from them regarding the death of our cat. I thought that was above and beyond customer service and I always tell everyone that story if they're considering using their services. and actually the shelter that we donated all those cases to ended up being the same shelter we went back to to adopt our three newer members of the family. The shelter had reached out to us as well and sent us many thanks because they never get the specialty type of food for cats particularly if they have allergies. Due to the expense they usually can't afford it either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I filled out the return info online with order number, etc.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;The reply was to keep the order, donate it or give it to a friend, but I'll receive my refund. They said it was an effort to save paper, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;Have you ever seen this on a site? What a nice gesture!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also swift when issusing refund. Have returned items to Ama at Kohls. Kohls packages and returns NO CHARGE . Same day Ama issues refund.May your holiday be happt. LOVE reading your daily messages.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/11034"&gt;@Shanus&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; VERY LOVELY .&amp;nbsp; I had a similar experience with RMS as well.&amp;nbsp; I received a Lip2Cheek item that I wanted to return because there was an issue with the container.&amp;nbsp; They told me to keep it,&amp;nbsp; for the same reason,&amp;nbsp; and they would replace with another.&amp;nbsp; I also ordered several lip pencils.&amp;nbsp; 2 were really creamy but one was not,&amp;nbsp; they told me to keep it and asked me to select a different color and they would send it to me at no charge.&amp;nbsp; OMG!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had that experience with several other sites,&amp;nbsp; but not many.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Great CS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That's why they told you to keep/donate. The funds come from this budget. No special customer service was delivered. This is a standard practice.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
