Ever tried Riversol from Canada? Opinion?

No idea how I got onto this. They send free samples without taking your credit card. Since then I've had enough problems where I don't know whether to keep pursuing it or accepting it might be a scam

They sent little flat envelopes of a cleanser a serum and a moisturizer. You try for 15 days then buy if you like. I placed an order and the next day got an email to complete payment. I wasn't about to put my credit card in again. That was a red flag, also the fact that the girl in customer service would be gone for a week and she didn't transfer my problem to another rep. I dropped it at that time. But I really like the product.

I think my cousin tried that product. Once you give them your information, you do receive the product. However, you can't seem to ever cancel their auto ships. I think she had to change her card number. I know it was a big hassle.

Thanks, Cheriere. Now I don't feel so bad. The non-cancellable subscriptions are the bain of my life, mainly the streaming ones.
