Has anyone used those "Rough and Bumpy" creams to get rid of bumps on the face?
There's also one by Aveeno with Oatmeal ...?
Have any of them worked for you?

I keep a tub of CeraVe SA cream on hand and use it. Love it. For me, my skin builds more dead skin the older I get. Works head to toe.

I would not want to clog up the works again with anything oatmeal. But I sure eat it!

Not sure how you are defining bumps.

I occasionally use Clinique Seven Day Scrub Cream. It seems to help with the flakes that I get. I am very ginger when I use it and I wouldn't use it every day. Maybe 2ce a week???

If you are meaning comedonal acne, little bumps under the skin I had them for what seemed like ages. I tried everything under the sun, aha's/bha's/pha's, retinols from dozens of brands at dozens of strengths, Retin-a, Retin-a Micro etc. NOTHING budged them and they were gaining in numbers! Tazorac (tazarotene) was the only product that truly got rid of them for me and in such a short amount of time. They have much newer versions in moisturizing suspensions that are much more gentle to the skin. I never purchase any retinol prodcuts anymore even though I miss the excitement of trying them out!
