I've been using hair growth lasers for over ten years. The first one I got was the Hairmax7 which was sold here back then. It took almost a year before I saw significant new hair. Some people say it can take up to a year to see new hair growth.

I'm now using a CapillusPro cap and it has really made a difference in the amount of hair I have now compared to when I started years ago with the Hairmax7 comb.

@SilleeMee my Hairmax comb I got in 2017? is still going strong, but when it dies, I will try to remember to see what's available in refurbished products. I would like to upgrade to a band or cap. ETA: Thank you for posting this information; I had no idea. Unlike my NuFace where I did see minor improvements, but it was not worth the time and effort it took to get them, the Hairmax is one tool that's so easy to use with very little time, plus I saw results, that I will never "not" use some type of laser.
