I use to be able to stop an auto delivery the day of processing and i dont see how to do it now. Anyone know if it can be done?

go to bottom of web page to Help & FAQ's - they have a how to change subsciption orders

" If you would like to edit the frequency of your Subscription Program sign into "My Account" and click on "Subscription Manager"; and select the program you would like to edit. Edit frequency will only appear if the program is not on hold. "

I have not done it on the day of processing on shopHq but you can simply cancel the order on HSN if the order is automatically placed. I am thinking it can be done on shopHq too.

I cant find a way to cancel it. I am going to try live chat, but I dont think it can be done
