RLT devices work only if they illuminate the skin for at least 10 minutes at at time and at the right wavelength. Do you have all day to do it with a tiny little wand b/c that might give you a drop-in-the-bucket treatment at the very most.

I was thinking of purchasing one of these at Amazon for the Prime Day tomorrow. I was just wondering if it is worth the money, does it really give the user results? Do you use it in conjunction with a serum or moisturizer, can it be any kind? If you have used one I would appreciate any feedback.

I'm not sure about how the wand is supposed to work, but I'm imagining that it's something you would move across your skin, and I wouldn't expect that to do much. A mask lays on the skin for 10 minutes or so. It would take a long time to get that effectiveness over an entire face even if you kept the wand in one spot for those 10 minutes and then moved it to another spot for 10 minutes.

I checked online to find more info about RLT. One segment said the hand held consumer devices do not work. Save your money.

If you want to do rlt, I'd suggest a mask instead of a wand. You'll get your full face done in ten minutes.

I have the Omni mask and I've been very happy but Amazon might have one similar on sale for prime day,

It has really helped my redness and my face looks more even.

I have the Light Stim red light therapy and I do think it has made a difference. It's handheld and I do each area 10 minutes every night while watching TV. It has made more of a diffence than that crappy NuFace product, where I wish I could get back my $300!
