RMS Brow Powder

I received an e-mail that has a sneak peek at beauty sales. They have the RMS brow/brush duo for $20.98. I almost bought it at $31 last time she was on but my color sold out. Does anyone have a review of this product and what do you think of the brush? I currently use Benefit powder and like it, but the the brush (and powder) have me interested.

I like this brow powder. I use the light and the color is very good for me. It stays on well. I just brought one from Amazon because it was sold out on the Q and was unavailable on Amazon too for awhile. I thought it was going to be discontinued like so many of the brow products I have used. I get so tired of trying to find a brow color that I like.

The brush is a little wide for me. It is soft, though.I prefer the Anastasia brush.

I ordered this a long time ago and returned it because I didn't get how to apply it. After watching the video, I decided to try it now that I have a better understanding on how to use it. The price was too good to pass up. Ordered the medium.

DARK IS THE SHADE FOR ME AND THE BRUSH IS KEY TO GREAT APPLICATION.

@weezer111 - I was a little concerned re the color I chose. Can't remember from when I tried it oh so long ago whether or not I thought the color was the right one for me. I'm gray haired and usually wear a taupe or light brown brow shade. Went on RMS website and the light is described as a taupe but in the end, after listening to RoseMarie, I went with the medium as my original hair color - it's now gray - was a light to medium brown.

I like the brush a lot...but even the lightest color is very dark for me. (I am a very light golden blonde). I have to use a very light hand with RMS brow powder. I do use the brush with a different brow product from time to time and it works great.

@scullychick - I did get this after getting @Shanus ' recommendation. Like @JudyL, I had to learn how to use it, but now I really like it. I do like the brush.

I bought the Light. I have a hard time with color. I grew up with honey blonde hair, but my eyebrows were always darker. Now my blonde is lighter, but still warm. Ashy brow colors don't look good on me. This color works for me!

@beach-mom - I'm hoping that the medium shade works for me. Somewhere in the far reaches of my memory, I seem to remember having this dilemma before of whether I should get the light or the medium. Now that I'm thinking about it for the price, I should order the light and then can return whichever one doesn't work for me.

I'm not sure if you are aware that the Back2Brow duo is currently available for $20.98.

I love this brow powder and brush. I find it easy to apply with a very natural looking result. I own both the light and medium and just purchased the dark in the 3pc set that includes a brow pencil.(actually 4pc with sharpener)

RoseMarie's brow products are fan favorites for good reason. I'd certainly recommend this to you and anyone else as well.

@JudyL - I think you made the right choice getting both! Years ago they were doing an Anastasia event at Sephora. I wandered in and they asked if I wanted to try their new makeup. Well, DUH! She did the foundation then worked on my eyes. When she got to my brows she couldn't find the color she wanted. She chose another one, Soft Brown, and said she liked it better for definition. I bought it - and the foundation. It seemed dark to me, but I thought I'd try it. I put it on very lightly. Months later I was wandering around and found Kosas. I asked the SA about the company and she said their eyebrow gel was really popular. I told her about the Anastasia, and she said I should go a little lighter. She chose the perfect color - and I lost it traveling!

Sorry I wrote a book! It's so hard to buy things without trying them in person!

I'll be anxious to read which one you like better!

I have it and really like it.....For me there was a bit of a learning curve, I was applying way too much the 1st couple of times.. I still prefer my tried and true Anastasia Brow Wiz-it still works best for me.

What I do really like about the RMS product, is it does not give your eyebrows that flat matte look, it has a bit of a sheen to it which is quite nice..I purchased the Medium Shade. Thats a great price, I would definitely purchase and give it a try..

Yes-- I tried it recently but sent it back. The color was way too dark for me--I got the middle of the 3 colors. I did not like the brush at all--I was always having to get more powder on it to even fill in my brow line--I tried an angled brush for brows and that was better but still had to fuss too much. My fave brow brand is Benefit pencil.

@scullychick I love this powder! I think my shade is medium brown. I do not use her brush; it is too wide. I use a brow brush from IT.

I like her matching brow pencil, too.

Well goodness me, went to purchase the Light shade of the brow powder and saw that they had a duo of the brow pencils on sale for less than the price of one pencil. So added the medium pencils to the order.
