Remember Connie Stevens & her 'Forever Spring' skin care line?

So sorry to see that Connie is in assisted living now. She's 84 and still hanging in there though! She has her 2 daughters & grandchildren that visit her often, so that's good. Amazon carries a lot of her skin care products. I just watched a video about her & will put it here. Not sure that's allowed but here goes..

What a nice video covering the life of Connie Stevens. She was so talented. I well remember her hit tune Kookie Lend Me Your Comb when I was a kid....could that really have been 1959? Life passes all too quickly.

I saw that video, and felt sad about it. But, it seems Connie is maintaining her good attitude toward life.

I am a HUGE Connie Stevens fan, not so much in years back, although I always thought she was cute. But more in the later years, when I would see her on HSN, or in interviews, long ones like one with Larry King. She seemed like such a genuinely sweet, kind, and down to earth person. There was something just so nice and endearing about her.

Apparently, she kept many of her friends and costars as good friends all their lives, like Elvis Presley, Troy Donahue and others. She told cute stories about dating Elvis in the early years, and how much her father liked him. Even years later, her father , when he saw Elvis on TV, would say to Connie "Now there's the man you should have married". I don't know if that's necessarily true, but it makes for a nice story.

It seems that I care more for the stars from yesteryear than I do today's stars! I don't even know the names of some of today's celebrities! I always liked Connie and even bought a couple of her creams back then!

I'll watch the video when I come back from running my errands. I don't want to rush through it since I loved Connie way back when she was selling Forever Spring on HSN.

I remember her doing a live audience once. She was so sweet and beautiful. Always seemed like a loving person.

Hard to imagine she is 84...I will always remember her being young and beautiful.

I saw this Topic and thought, OH NO, NOT another Famous, Beloved, Well Known Person passing away!!

I knew Connie Stevens was up there in years, but HOW did she become 84??? Esp when I stayed so young *cough*

I remember buying from her website that seemed up for sooo many years! Arrivals were always fancy dancy, feminine, as if they were Gifts! and her "Time Machine," I think it was called.

I havent been able to view the Video yet, but saved it, esp in case it disappeared! @DEFG Thank you for posting this!

I remember Connie from wayyyy back, "77 Sunset Strip.," & all the delightful characters" on the show. I never missed viewing that program!! Maybe even more than once heh

Always wanted to look like Connie, (albeit impossible)

Connie was such an active Trooper for Vets & Military. She NEVER, EVER, very actively forgot them. Incl many shows for, & including the Vets/Military. (I hope we all follow in her stead even now).

I hope & pray Connie's doing well, & living out her resting years in comfort, & with wonderful, beloved ppl around, as she deserves, And hope she's being taken care of wonderfully & comfortably, as seemed the goal in her own life, offering to others.

Connie Stevens was a bit before my time, but I love to watch the retro TV channel METV 2, and I found a show called Hawaiian Eye. She played Crickett Blake. Yes, Connie Stevens was very beautiful. Wishing her well and good health.

Andrew Stevens is Stella Steven's son. I'm not sure if Stella is still alive.

I like her very much, but her skin care line was so outdated and loaded with poor ingredients . A rep from HSN told me that was one rreason why HSN dropped her, she refused to update her line,.
