I had bought a lot of Sunday Riley, and started breaking out. So, I went back to Tatcha, and my skin is better. Now I have to give Sunday away! My cousin said that anything with retinol makes her skin break out. If there is ever a new makeup line I want to try, I'm only buying one item,,,I learned my lesson.

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced breakouts from any Tatcha products? I purchased the last TSV and also the Dewy skin cream. After a week or so I started getting quite afew breakouts which I hardly ever get. I have stopped using for now and have gone back to Cerave and my skin has calmed down. I am so disappointed but I guess I will save some money!

Skin sensitivity is a tough case to solve. It could be one of the ingredients, the combination of ingredients, or who knows what. You did the right thing. Give your skin a chance to recover fully before trying anything new. Good luck!

So sorry @sheshej you experienced issues using Tatcha. I love their products and have never had any issues. I also bought the TSV. I have also gifted my 3 daughters with Tatcha products and they said they also love the results.

I would imagine there would be some individuals with reactions to every brand, we all have different types of skin. I'm sure you'll find other products that will work for you.

Yup! A few years ago I was given a sample of some Tatcha product. I immediately broke out in small bumps and my face got really red. Of course I immediately stopped using the product and my skin went back to its normal calm state. Never tried another Tatcha product again.

The Dewy Skin Cream contains silicone in the upper deck. It also contains fragrance down below. Both of those ingredients can be a cause for breakouts.
