Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream for Body!

Whoot-Whoot! Here is my shout out for this product!

I'm always on a quest for a new body lotion and this is my latest one.

I don't know if it's new, probably not --- but it's fairly new to me!

I know there are a number of products for the face in this line, but this is the first one I've seen in the Hydro Boost.

I started using this almost a month ago and it's really helped me!

My skin is so dry, irritated and picky any more and most lotions or creams either aren't heavy enough or are too heavy.

This one has a different texture --- it must be the "gel" portion of it which causes it to adhere to the skin and for me, it almost feels like it's giving my skin a bit of a protective cushion. My skin is very thin and fragile and this makes it feel much more supple and like it has more life to it!

Another nice thing --- it comes in regular or fragrance free!

I also have dry skin. I recently tried the Unscented Hydro Boost for body. I really like it too. It's very soothing and doesn't make me feel greasy.

In the winter, I like to use Cerave cream in the round jar. It's a little bit heavier than Neutrogena Hydro Boost but it's not greasy. It made a world of difference this past winter.

I have this, and like it as well. It does a nice job - so much so that I'm contemplating if I need to keep all of my Perlier Honey Body Cream Duos or stop the A/S plans. I really like them too, though. That's my problem, I like too many things. 🙄. Last night I noticed my big Neutrogena bottle was getting low so I'll have to replace it one of these days. I use it on my face a few times a week too.

@AngelPuppy1 I just picked up a bottle of the Hydra Boost last week. I really like it and have added it into the rotation of body lotions/creams that I use.

@JeanLouiseFinch I am finding that the drug store products are doing just as good a job as Perlier and the others. The higher end, more expensive are a treat for sure, but I tend to use and then move on. I have found Eucerine to be very hydrating. With the Alpha and Amylactin, a couple Korres spray moisturizers, the Hydra Boost, and more, I have a pretty good rotation going right now. I thought I would really miss Josie's, but I have moved on.

I added the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Body Gel to my pickup grocery order. I want something to stop this dry flaky skin on my legs. Thank you everyone for the recommendation.

It is petroleum based and contains artificial blue dye, so no thanks.

I've been using the Hydro Boost body gel (fragrance free) for almost a year now. I think I've recommended it here a couple of times. I like to add a few drops of The Ordinary Lactic Acid serum to it sometimes to give it a boost.

I have not tried the body cream but I was considering purchasing the face moisturizer for my teenager. But teenagers don't always agree with moms coz "mom doesn't have an MD". So it was a told you so moment when the derm recommended the same.... I tried some too, it is very lightweight & moisturising. Hydraboost line has great reviews on most products.

I purchased this last year after reading a recommendation on this site for the product. I live in the desert and got this after reading about the cooling affect it has on the skin. I have been very pleased with the product and a big thank you goes out to the person who recommended this. In the winter months with the dry desert air I tend to use Cetaphil cream which is a bit heavier. But for the 6 months that the weather here is hot, the Neutrogena is just great.

My derm. is Cerave for everything! I have used the cream in winter when I'm really, really bad but for summer and for the most part, I don't like the feel of it. I, so far, like the Hydro Boost much better and it makes my skin feel more protected.
