Left my hair silky and easy to comb right out of the shower. No tangles! It must have menthol for you can feel the scalp tingle which is refreshing. The only thing that disappointing me is the smell. It has sweet almond oil in it but i can not smell the almonds. Too me it smells like medicine. I can not put my finger on the odor but the smell is a disappointment. In general Pantene products have a very very mild gentle scent but this is overpowering medicine smell.
