    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having trouble placing orders for QVC items online?  It's been going on for several days, and I've reported it twice to Customer Service.  They keep saying it's my computer, but I'm not stupid.  Why would my computer single out just &lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;one&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; function to NOT perform?????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
