I have a CC Cream box and on the side it states that it is "Made in the USA of USA and/or imported ingredients."

Where is IT cosmetics manufactured in 2023:

Products of IT cosmetics are predominantly made in China, the USA, and South Korea.

Being a subsidiary of L’Oréal, IT cosmetics are manufactured in almost all manufacturing plants of L’Oréal. In the world, L’Oréal operates 42 manufacturing plants. Nonetheless, the majority of IT cosmetics are made in China and South Korea.

The new little holiday beauty book of IT cosmetics is made in China. In 9 IT cosmetics, 5 of them are labeled with ‘made in Korea’ and the other 4 items will be labeled with ‘made in China. However, IT makes some of its cosmetics items in the USA.

I have two different tubes of IT CC Illuminating. One says Korea, one says China. I also have a Celebration foundation that says USA.
