Ok I know this question has been answered umpteen times but I would appreciate it. I got cucumber in my 1st gallon. My hair is no longer ever get greasy. I haven't even used 1/5 because I had several 32oz. I would like to change and get a different scent for my 2nd shipment. I don't want another classic which is where it takes me. I want a seasonal. Is that allowed? Could customer service change it? TIA

@Mini kitty - There is a dedicated Wen Forum where all things Wen is discussed. Go to My Favorite Brand and you will find it there.

As far as gallons go, it was always stated that the scent you order is the one you get for both shipments - changing for the second shipment is not allowed. A count is taken of each scent ordered so Chaz knows what and how many to provide. If everyone started changing scents for the second shipment, someone gets screwed and doesn't get their second gallon.

If you really want a particular scent, I would suggest you either get the one you mentioned for both shipments or place two orders.

You can't change your order from a classic to a seasonal. They are different item numbers and prices. You will have to place a new order for a seasonal.
