    <description>&lt;P&gt;First (and more importantly) thank you ladies for letting me impinge on your site.  It's just that more people see it.  Besides you ladies aren't as mean as some of the other sites.  &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;OK, so I HAD to order for my two granddaughters roller skates.  They weren't offered in the stores.  I'm old (67) so sometimes I'm challenged as far as gizmos go.  I do pretty good though.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Anyway, so I ordered on line the skates through the Target website!  However I wanted to pay extra for the super fast ordering way!  Over and over they mentioned it but it wouldn't let me order the faster route or pay for it!!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;So, I called their phone number for HELP!  What a nightmare!  After waiting 2 times for more than 20 minutes for someone to answer, I got (both times) someone from India who had an accent I could not understand.  I could almost live with that, but both times the connection was so poor that every 2nd and or 3rd word was dropped.  So I'd hear "Can (blank) help (blank) today?"  Then when they finally understood the problem they didn't know how to TELL me how to order from the website.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I am so tired of my calls being routed to the calling centers in mostly places like India.  The other day I had to call Verizon!  It was an American who spoke so I could understand her and the voice was clear!  It was so stress-free!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;To make a long story short.  I found another place to order the skates with no trouble.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Thanks for letting me vent.  I saw a TV show where a guy got tired of his job being 'outsourced'.  He (with the show paying the bill) moved to India and lived with a family there and actually had to 'try out for the same job he used to have in the US'.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;After two interviews he got the job!  It was interesting.  These people get a few dollars a day.  They are so happy to get that.  It brings their families out of the slums.  It showed where they lived BEFORE the job and AFTER the job.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;It showed the guy going to work every day and actually answering the calls.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;After 30 days he came back home to the US and got another job.  I'm sure he was paid well for doing this show.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I've gotten so that if it isn't someone I can understand immediately, I just hang up and call another website.  I realize my hearing is probably failing due to my age, but this is getting stupid!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Now I'll go sit down.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
