It's a 10 Leave-In Conditioner

Has anyone ever used It's a 10 Leave-In Conditioner spray? What is your opinion of it? I have colored, keratin-treated hair. It is thin. For years, I have used a silicone-based serum as a leave-in, which is a heat-protectant, smoothing serum. My hair has gotten thinner over time, and I think the serum is too heavy for my hair now. So I am looking for a new leave-in treatment. I'm not concerned about anything being silicone-based, because I get a keratin treatment every 8 weeks, and my stylist uses a clarifying shampoo before applying the keratin, which removes any build-up.

@Ainhisg Skip it. I have thin hair and the product is too thick. I got very greasy from using it.

I had the spray on one and it clogged up in the dispenser. I tried to make this work and couldn't.

Try One United Multi benefit Leave in spray on by REDKEN.

I have a lot of fine hair, I have used this product and felt it did a great job. I felt it helped smooth my hair and retain style after drying.

@Ainhisg Silicones are heavy and also drying since they prevent moisture from getting into hair. I've always found that after washing and conditioning my hair, adding a tiny drop of conditioner back in and not rinsing it out has been sufficient.

There many lightweight leave ins. Ask your stylist for suggestions.

I have never used It's a 10 as I avoid silicones. I had my last keratin treatment almost a year ago and my fine hair is still frizz free just from using heat protectant and leave in conditioner without silicones. I am going to see if I can wait until the fall before considering another keratin treatment.

@ninjawife I get express keratin treatments which only last 6 to 8 weeks.

I love this product. Just spray a little in your hands, rub together and apply to the ends.

I tried it and thought I really liked it. However, over time, my hair actually seemed to get worse (more dry and brittle). I'm not sure, but think it may have been product build up (silicone). I ended up throwing it out.

I've used It's a 10......it's not. Not on fine hair anyway. It weighted down my hair and made it feel oily.
