Gold Bond Pure Moisture Daily Body and Face Lotion

I want to thank @AngelPuppy1 and @SilleeMee for recommending the Gold Bond Pure Moisture Daily Body and Face Lotion. I use this as my facial daily moisturizer, and I'm here to tell you that it is the bee's knees! Lovely texture--not too thick, not too thin--moisturizes, plays well under my primer/foundation, price is amazing--there is nothing to "not" love about it! It really helps with the dryness my Retin-A can cause in the winter. There is another thread about this product that someone may be interested in reading, and I will link to it, but if a person is looking for a good, basic, moisturizer that does just that--no active ingredients--give this one a try. If you don't like it, most stores will let you return it for a refund or you could use it as a body lotion.

@Ainhisg I agree and yes thanks to those who post suggestions!

I love that and also Neutrogena Hydro Boost Fragrance-free Hydrating Body Gel Cream, which is a little "wetter" going on but soaks in rapidly and does the job for me.

I am also a fan of CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion Normal to Dry Skin, in a pump bottle or the cream in a little tub with a pump.

All of these more modern formulas are lighter but to me even more effective. I am glad I had help discovering them! Thanks to all who posted.

I think Gold Bond is a very underrated product. It's readily available and cheap, so some may think it's bottom shelf for skincare. But, it's not.

I'll have to check out this body and face lotion. I haven't seen it before. I bet I will l like it, too.

Right now I'm seeing good results with their Crepe Corrector Body Lotion. It's the only lotion I've found to significantly reduce the aging skin crepe on my upper arms, so I'm more comfy going sleeveless. Of course, results may vary for others, as with many products.

@CherryHugs These are typical ingredients for a moisturizer, not sure what you consider ok.

I've used Gold Bond products for a few years now. Their Neck and Chest firming cream is one product I will not be without! Ever! I give it all the credit for keeping my 74-yr-old neck smooth (if used consistently every day).

I've recently discovered their Healing Cream in the large pump bottle. This is kind of a miracle worker for me. It works better than their crepe corrector if used every day. It feels a little thick and sticky when first applied. That disappears quickly. No fragrance. In fact, none of the GB products I've used have fragrance.

I love that Neutrogena Hydro Boost Fragrance-free Hydrating Body Gel Cream. I use it on my face also. It really has some hydrating power, more than the GB Pure Moisture.
