I do often use a konjac sponge, and every once in a while use a dry microfiber towel on my wet face for exfoliation, when I feel I need it. Similar to the idea of brushing. My face skin is smooth, with some dark areas. My routine is much simpler than yours. I often follow with glycolic pads, PTR retinol, and then another treatment product (examples I have used include Stri-Vectin, PTR retinol night cream, Perricone conformer), and maybe a moisturizer, and/or maybe argan oil, depending how my skin feels. I sometimes add other spot products for the uneven skin tone, like Porcelana which has hydroquinone. I also take lots of Vital Proteins, which I think has greatly improved my skin overall (not just the face). The only difference for daytime is I add spf. I don't do all the steps every day. Oh, and I am using the Stri-Vectin lip treatment. Very good. And I think I should do something with my lashes, which are somewhat unruly and I occasionally apply castor oil. I am thinking about a lash perm. Bought a kit from Amazon but haven't tried it. My lashes are long, but don't "show". Curling doesn't seem to do much.

@monicakm I am happy except for the sagging, which I have mentioned. Weightloss, and I need to lose more. May go for a more serious treatment for that after I lose more weight. A few wrinkles but less than what one would expect for my age. Don't feel a need to be wrinkle free. Some dark patches, which I work on.

I went into my old orders to look at what Tatcha I got because it was so long ago! I used the Tatcha Classic Polished Rice Enzyme Powder with the Camellia Cleansing Oil, I think one of the very first times it came out on QVC, the order from 2014. I thought it was too harsh on my skin, the 2 steps didn't make sense for me. My skin is dry, maybe a better product for oily skin? When I tried it I had been using the clarisonic, and cleansers from Dr Perricone and Dr Gross, and peels from Dr Gross. I liked those better so never bought the Tatcha again. I really liked the Dr Gross cleanser, my skin was baby soft with the clarisonic. QVC had a great twofer price on the cleanser, but later stopped. I used it for several years, but without the twofer I wasn't willing to spend the money. I don't think the product is available anymore, I just looked. I used the Dr Gross peel pads but QVC stopped bringing good prices on them too, so I moved on to other things. I have used the Dr Gross serums (which are basically peels) and other products as well. Really good but pricy. Before Dr Gross, I used the Perricone Conformer (right after exfoliating pads), and that I think is one of the best beauty products I have ever tried, but the price is prohibitive. Sometimes they have sales, but I hesitate, cost still high. The other products Perricone brings to QVC for me are just meh. I have tried many. So I keep going back to Stri-Vectin, which I think is pretty good (applied after peel pads and retinol). One of the first products I tried when I got serious about my skin (my 40s) because I could get a good price in a local store (now closed), and even at regular prices I think it is a good value for what it delivers. I look for sales. Post Dr Gross QVC brought good prices on Philosophy peelpads, and I think those are very good too. I will buy them if QVC offers them at a good price. So eventually I just looked for glycolic cleansers and peel pads in Amazon, and I am OK with them, adding the PTR retinol (QVC) and a treatment, and maybe argan oil.

Just now, while looking to see if the Dr Gross cleanser was still available, I ran across a Dr. Dennis Gross Vitamin C Lactic 15% Vitamin C Firm & Brighten Serum 1 oz for about $80 in Amazon, which looks cheaper than elsewhere. Weren't you looking for something like that? I think Dr Gross products are really good. Just too rich for me right now. May be worth trying if that is something you think you need. You can probably cut on other products that have duplicative ingredients.

I did try a Vitamin C serum from Dr Gross once and it didn't agree with my skin, but maybe it works for you. It was not the one I mentioned above.
