There is a water softening system in place and it is being properly maintained. I shudder to think what my skin would be like without it.</P> <P>I have never dealt with the problem and am a loss. My skin feels too small for my body and face. I'm using my same moisturizers and body creams; only difference is I'm using them throughout the day rather than just once. Nothing seems to be helping.</P> <P>Suggestions would be appreciated.
