Do you have any new discoveries from this past year?

Very happy to find Bloomeffects moisturizers.

Also, MD Complete with retinol and vit. C.

Never used Laura Geller's Ethereal Rose before, so this also a find.

New skincare method - to use everything on moist skin. (TY, Morgen Schick!) Also, to use vit. C on skin at night, too.

Too many discoveries to name. But maybe the biggest discovery was taking the time to try new things and finding out what works and what DIDN'T work for me.

The one discovery that has made me very happy was a brow serum that actually helped me achieve a fuller eyebrow. The serum also darkened the brows and in my case, that's also a fabulous thing.

I used both the Wen brow serum and the Eyelash Growth Serum by VieBeauti both worked for me. I started out w/ the VieBeauti item that so many ladies here on beauty boards said worked ... then someone else mentioned the Wen, so I tried that and it's the Wen serum I've been using for the past 8 weeks. So after a total of 12+ weeks, I have much fuller brows.

I was missing the front part of brows from over plucking and then the middle part of brows were also getting a bit skimpy. Now I have full brows, that are also darker looking. As a fair skinned blonde, my brows always needed added color. Now I don't feel I HAVE to add color ... but if I choose to add color I can do it w/ a light hand.

The hardest part is not plucking ... except in areas I know I don't want hair ... lol. But between glasses and bangs (and poor eyesight) I've let the brows grow in nicely. Very pleased.

Now I need to brave a trip into have a brow wax and shaping. I have to admit I'm a bit nervous to see all my hard work of being patient yanked away. I'm going to discuss what I want vs what I don't want before any waxing/plucking/shaping are done.

I have been using sulfate and silicone free shampoo, conditioner and hair styling products for a few years now. I started when I was wearing my hair curly and continue to even through I blow it out straight now. Anyway, I am always searching for hair care products and this summer I discovered products by Johnathan Van Ness. I really like JVN's heat protectant, leave in condiditoner and shine drops. The shampoo, conditioner and deep conditioner is OK. My hair is a little tangled after shampooing but the end result is fantastic! My hair is smooth, frizz free, shiny and I can go three days between washes. I am about to try the Blowout Styling Milk as my hear protectant. I am excited to try it b/c it has style memory.

My new discovery is lactic acid, which I use for exfoliation. In the past I used scrubs, although listed as being gentle, weren't as good, They didn't irritate my skin, but after researching, chemical exfoliators (like lactic acid) are better for your skin.

This is the first year I have used The Ordinary lactic acid, and I'm pleased with it.

Yes! Lactic acid was new to me this year as well. Forgot about that. My skin has been renewed with it. I never thought LA could do as much as it has. I've always been a glycolic user and I still use it on occasion but the LA is different b/c it helps improve the skin barrier which leaves my skin more supple and cushion-y when I use it. I stocked up when TO had their sale.

I use the 10%.

The biggest discovery has been SKINN products. Thanks to posters on this board, I discovered the line and it has made a difference in my skin. I use the AM and PM cleanser, DermaPeel (not the daily one, the other one), the exfoliating pads, and I'm trying out the DWP Age Rewind Serum. Also have the foundation and like it too.

Prai PM neck cream. Tried the AM one and didn't like it but do like the PM.

Josie Maran Milk is a recent discovery - have used other products of hers but not the Milk - and am liking it a lot.

Three finds that have worked for me in 2022 include:

Alpha Skin Care Renewal Body Lotion - this stuff has gotten rid of any dry skin on my body - head to toe. The glycolic acid makes all the difference. Works great on feet too. It's the only lotion I use now.

Viebeauty Lash Serum - 28.00 from Amazon - has worked great on my lashes.

LAWLESS Forget The Filler Lip Plumper Line Smoothing Gloss - Got the holiday set from the Q with the lip liner and 3 glosses. I'm not a gloss person at all, but I've been enjoying wearing it.

The big discoveries for me are: Red Light Therapy (Omnilux face mask and Revive lip mask), NIRA laser (won't let go of this one!) and Lactic Acid. These finds are now a staple for me. Another big discovery for me is lower priced items that perform. I have been lazy and just picking up what I saw that seemed to have what I was looking for, and not doing my due diligence in researching products and ingredients.
