..... I compared *Each* of my SKINN A/S's .. and noticed ... *EVERY ONE* of my already A/S's was $5 - $20+ LESS EXPENSIVE TODAY... (plus now on 5 Flex Pays each, & FREE S&H)

You might want to double check yr SKINN A/S's for *Price Reduction" & for *Flex Pays" today.. just to make sure they arent less expensive now!

(Dimitri's newest "Eye Color products" are marked down also & on A/S??.)

I ordered Skinn DWP Age Reset Face & Eye Serum Intensive Set on autoship at $68.76 a few weeks ago; I just checked my future AS price, it is $85.95. This is strange; I have never had the AS price for future going higher than what I originally paid.

Amazon does it with their subsciption but never HSN. Make sure you check your AS prices. I will check w/CS & drop the AS if it is higher, makes no sense to have AS.

I just got off the phone with CS. The reps are unable to adjust the pricing on future shipments, the can only cancel or reinstate plans, so I have to cancel my current A/S items and repurchase. The bad part is that I just received several things that have lowered prices now and don't really need them so soon. I'll fix that by pushing future shipments of the new orders out several months. It'll all eventually even out.

Praise and kudos to HSN's CS, though 👏. I have no clue, how it happened, but when looking at my account I noticed that my Suoersize (3.6 oz.) Divine Elixir Luminous Oil A/S had been cancelled. 😳 Talk about a panic attack! 😱 I told the CSR I would never do that and asked how it happened. She said there was a note about a customer complaint. Obviously someone at HSN made a mistake. Fortunately, this sweet lady was able to reinstate my plan at my original cost. Whew! If she couldn't do it, I would have resorted to starting a new plan with the 1 oz. bottle that's currently $35, but the supersize is a better price overall.

eta - just to be on the safe side, I'm waiting to do my cancellations until I see the schedule and I'm sure about the future pricing on the new plans

@FLGators There must have been some kind of glitch a few weeks ago because the same thing happened to me. My first shipment was what I paid on purchase (discounted price) but future shipments reverted to the original price. The CS agent wouldn't/couldn't make a correction to the future charges. I got mad and cancelled it. On reflection, I really didn't need the product anyway. But still, the A/S is always about locking in the best price. You're probably going to have to redo it.

@JeanLouiseFinch - thank you for the update. I checked all my other AS's & there is no change in the pricing, just the DWP duo is higher.

Currently they offer single shipment only on the DWP face + eye serum. The single shipment is at a lower price but I really don't need it since I at least have 2 unopened.

Chatted with CS, this is what I got - "I can confirm the first shipment was an introductory price sadly. The future shipments would be $85.95.

It would have been stated when you placed the original order. Sadly, some Vendors only allow the lower price on the first shipment; not all future ones."

So make sure it is not "introductory pricing" on your autoship before replacing your existing AS for the new lower one. They are blaming Skinn Cosmetics for this one

I just checked my new orders and they are all only discounted on the first shipment. The future shipments are at the original price (more expensive than my prior A/S plans). I'm cancelling everything and keeping my old A/S plans intact.

Whew, what a morning! 😵‍💫

I believe they are trying the Amazon subscription model; the initial subscription is lower, all subsequent shipments are higher. This is a trial run depending on how sales go.

Also, you cannot keep postponing your future shipments like before. There is an upper limit now if you have not reordered your AS in a while - "Auto-Ship® frequency must be within 7 to 365 days"

The one thing I liked about HSN AS was, they never played games with the pricing or had 1-2 year limit. Until now. I am ok with limits on AS but if these pricing games continue, makes it easy for me, no more AS's. Whole idea of locking in AS's is hassle free convenience.

Wow I had no idea abt new A/S's at *only* the introductory price.

Thanks for discovering this!! Now I'll reevaluate my A/S Shipments!

I wonder how we know which A/Ss *increase* in subsequent deliveries and which *dont increase* after the 1st A/S delivery.

I changed most all my A/S's to 120-240 days until I figure this out. I have way too many SKINN A/S's anyway. SKINN "coming out my ears!"

I MUST MUST keep with my "SKINN (blue can) EYE." It's a "Desert Island" product for me.

Only Skinn AS seems to have this issue coz I bought Prai TS neck cream after the Skinn duo AS. The pricing on Prai AS is ok. So the CS rep was right about this being vendor specific.

I tried placing an order on the Skinn DWP eye serum duo this morning, the price is good only for the 1st shipment, canceled it. Just too much drama, not worth my time.

@JoyFilled Warrior There is no info provided, on the front end about the BF pricing applying only to the first shipment and then reverting back to the original list price. I only discovered it after my new A/S orders were placed and in process. It feels like deception on HSN's part. People sign up for A/S believing they're locking in the price, as spelled out in the listing. I hope it isn't purposeful deception and more of a computer glitch. But at this point, who knows? Fortunately, I hadn't cancelled the old A/S orders yet and was able to cancel the new ones. I'm leaving well enough alone now,

@FLGators @JoyFilled Warrior - I don't believe there is any intentional deception as some are asserting.

HSN has done this before with beauty, not just Skinn where they offer a low event price for initial order. No reason to not grab it at the great event price - if you want backups just order extras.

Thank goodness, when I ordered my same "A/S's" last night at the lower A/S prices, I didnt cancel the old A/S's. And based on y'all's research, I wont cancel the old A/S until I straighten out the lesser of my prior or past A/S prices.

I thought I won "Las Vegas" (supposedly) locking in a less expensive A/S rate last night. I mean sometimes as much as $20 less expensive for ONE current A/S.. (possibly NOW, the catch???)

I'm taking a "Print Screen" of my A/S's saying (the above "Cut & Paste" "Lock in Savings")

As has been said. "too much drama" checking up behind A/S pricing, both past, present & future! Go figure this might be the catch...

I think Dimitri needs to know abt this, because undoubtedly, he'll lose sales with this "dramatic" checking, & re-checking his SKINN past, present, future A/S. (I mean just look at this thread, & we're regular, devoted users! ... well, at least I am . heh)

And I, as well as many others, just dont have the time to check along behind an online vendor for "hit or miss" expensive changes.
