(not me). Ok, well maybe me a little. I would really like to give him something he can read. I swear when we were younger I was the emotionally stupid and he was so much more together and now the roles have reversed. Hopefully we can be on the same page.

He's dealing with a not so nice boss who is giving him and a couple of other coworkers a hard time (potentially threatening their job security). He unfortunately doesn't ask for help a lot (though he used to) and didn't even realize he should talk to some of his other superiors who will be on his side and help him.

Of course I know he needs to focus on this but I don't think I even realized how stressed he was about work. He used to tell me everything. Every. Little. Thing. I miss those days. I basically want some advice on how to make sure he realizes he's stressed about work and how to help him to better deal with it. And, not to confuse stress from work (or other things) from stress with me. Something that he could read would be great.

Obviously some people handle stress better than others. I actually think I handle it pretty well (only in the sense that I can generally stay calm and clear/level headed and rational). I think it's important to me because I used to be a nut when I was younger and realized that's not the way to be. Also, seeing my mom be that way really stressed the whole family out. i.e. DON'T sweat the small stuff and STAY as tough and strong and calm as you can during the tough stuff.

THANK YOU for all your advice!!
