I'd like to see results on women who are older with thin hair. His models always have a head full of abnormally thick hair and looks like they had a roller set which would make anyone's hair look fuller and "swing". Let's not forget professional styling before they go on stage.

I'd like to see a more realistic presentation just like models who come out with makeup on or false lashes demonstrating mascaras.

I have thin hair and I love how Wen makes my hair look. I moved away from using the last year because it became scarce and the deals were not great. That was a mistake on my part.

Most of the hair presentations, by most vendors, show bigger hair results than my hair will ever look. At the age of 65, I just want manageable, healthy looking hair and Wen gives me that look.

Wen does have models with thinner hair. And if I remember correctly they don't use rollers, just blow dry. They do roll the hair itself (without a roller) and clip it in between presentations if the models are going on air more than once.

As for the professional styling, I tend to agree. Although all the hair product presentations do the same thing. Just as you mentioned those beauty products that show the before shot totally bare faced and the after with a full face of makeup.

Not to mention the before shots always looks so sad, and the afters have big smiles!😉

I agree about showing models with thinning hair. After all they show models with wrinkles when they show skin care products.

Well---using it on myself ---an elderly gal---it was awful--made my head itch as well as anyplace the lather hit as I was rinsing it out of my hair----and I didn't miis him at all--he kind of creeps me out

Hi, I am 68 years old and have used wen since 2004. My hair is blonde, very thick and very shiny and below shoulder length. I used coconut mango, bambo rice, the fall pumpkin, and tea tree. FYI - I use the tea tree on my poison ivy when I get it and it clears it up. I would not use anything else than WEN. I love it and everyone compliments me on my hair.

I would like to know why mango coconut is not offered in the gallons being sold in September. That is my favorite one to have the large size of. Please advise.

Is that one of the formulas that has been retired? I don't know.

Maybe if you ask your question in the WEN forum someone that is more familiar with that formula will be able to answer your question.

What I notice about the presentations is that all the models have their hair freshly color & cut which makes a world of difference. All the hair vendors do this. They never have ladies with say 3 weeks out growth at the root demoing the product which for me by 3 weeks I can hardly wait to get in for my color and cut! Hair coloring changes the texture and volume in most ladies hair.

Exceptions are those who genetically have thick full hair of course LOL!

All product vendors are trying to give the "best" demo so the product sells...period.

I have used WEN and I admit I have grown tired of all the pumps...and my hair fades just like with other shampoo's and I need my hair done every 4 weeks no matter what I use.

I use the bottles of WEN I have now as a small dab leave in and I am enjoying it like this. I shampoo presently with Tweak'd but I am sure I can find other shampoo's that would work also.

Buy what you like and what works for you of course this is just my experience and it is working for me presently.

When I began to use Wen, my hair was in the best shape ever, but I noticed I was losing hair. I don't know if it was the Wen or not, but I stopped using it just in case.

Now I wash with regular shampoo, rinse, then use Wen as a conditioner, not going near the roots. Then I rinse it out. (I would still prefer to use only Wen, though.)

Yes it didn't take long..Congratulations Chaz for being back at the Q..Your hair demo's are the best, you opend a new Hair Salon, lost most of your Q stock in a fire, all during a difficult lockdown period. Chaz's models do have lovely hair, (mine is very thin) But thanks to Wen I have more than my Mom did at this age..

I like to cleanse my hair daily. I use WEN as directed (for both "shampoo" and conditioner) about 4 times a week. The other days I use a traditional shampoo and conditioner or one of the WEN formulas as a conditioner.

I look at WEN as a break from traditional shampoo and a deep conditioning treatment. I've tried WEN daily but didn't like how it left my hair, although I didn't notice hair loss. And I just don't like skipping days and using WEN alone.

I'm older and have thin FAB hair thanks to WEN. I'm looking for a new job!

I think they use(d) a wide variety of models of ALL type of hair and age. I have seen 'older' models with thin hair using it.

@geezerette I agree ....

They do NOT use hot tools at all. NO rods or hot curlers

They are masters at the blow dry which makes all the diff in the world.

Can I achieve that blow out? NOPE!

But my hair is the best it can be....I have lost hair do to Hashimoto Thyroid.....but what is in excellent condition. I get compliments on my hair all the time.
