Routine:

-Water-only wipe down using microfiber cloths. Exfoliate with them when needed.

-This step is where I will start using my red light therapy mask.

-One to two drops squalane/THDA on face, neck and dec.

-Sunscreen (chemical type) applied here, only when needed.

-Every other day alternate between Alpha and Hydro Boost moisturizers on top of THDA, sometimes just mix the two together.

P.M. Routine:

-Cleansing balm w/Popsonic Spade.

-Water-only wipe down with microfiber cloth.

-Tretinoin applied last.

Tria laser is used (on my neck/dec only) every night for 8 weeks then stop and resume in 4 weeks.

Palovia laser (under-eyes) once weekly.

Microneedle (face, neck, dec) stamp once monthly. This part requires me to stop tret for three days prior to and post needling.

Thank you, @SilleeMee ! That gives me some things to think about. My problem is that I really enjoy doing my routines and using my assortment of products. 🤷‍♀️

Who here uses a rlt MASK? Do you feel it does any good? I've read a little about them and read that they're not all created equal. Great! I suppose that means if I were to buy one it would have to be the $450 one, not the $100 mask I can't spend $450 on a rlt mask. Where do you think the sweet spot is in helpfullness and price?

Thanks
