If you use Lancome, HSN has some really great deals today including a TS. I never tried but I know it is very popular! Also, LAST DAY of free beauty shipping!

I'm leery of buying Lancôme from HSN. A few years ago, I bought Lancôme's facial cleanser from HSN. The product was so old and thick, that I couldn't squeeze it out of the tube.

There were other customers that complained about the same problem.

Previously, I had purchased the same cleanser from Dillard's, so I was familiar with the consistency.

I won't be fooled again by buying thru HSN.

@deeva I too am a regular Lancome customer at their counters in department and beauty stores. In fact, my patronage is uninterrupted dating back to 1977. I am not a regular user of the skincare, but have experienced quite a bit of it due to the inclusion in their GWP and gift sets. I am not disputing that you and others had a bad experience with the cleanser because you know the product and can easily tell if something is not quite right and different from what you have purchased elsewhere. I accept that things like this can happen with cosmetics even if you are shopping at the top of the rock stores or going directly through the brand's website. I am just stating a counterpoint to not buying from HSN for people who may like to order Lancome from HSN and have not seen or tried the products. I want them to know that my experience has been mostly positive and so far, I have received the quality that I expect from Lancome.

Most of their stuff is loaded with all kinds of fragrance, preservatives, artificial colors and other chemicals. Alcohol and petroleum included.

The sunscreen used is totally chemical, artificial dyes are close to the top of the ingredient list. so many better brands out there, Lancome is all hype and very little quality.

I've ordered Lancome from HSN through the years and have never had any issues.

If they were really lacking in quality, how has the brand been so successful all this time?

It's VERY IMPORTANT to me. I DON"T buy ANY makeup that IS NOT cruelty free, NOR do I buy cosmetics whose parent companies test on animals.

Lancome spends millions and millions of dollars every year on advertising to the masses all over the world. Advertising like they do does sell regardless of quality.
