I've only used it twice but I can tell it"ll probably work for my sinus congestion/allergies. My question is each time I've used it I guess I'm getting water into my throat b/c when I blow my nose, my ears pop. It feels similar to being on an airplane. I'm also left w/ a general congested feeling in my head. Like when you've inhaled water from being in the pool. </P> <P>I've read the instructions several times. I'm keeping my mouth open and breathing and I'm blowing my nose gently. What am I doing wrong?
