Love with Tatcha!

I have used everything and expensive and this is the only line that has truly made a difference in my skin.. Look at the reviews... I hope and pray that Tatcha brings her whole line as it can get expensive.... after all these years and it amazes me that products can really make a difference because so many do not. The more you use the better your skin gets...

For those of you that use Tatcha - what is the rest of your routine like or are you using ALL Tatcha products?

I keep saying I am going to get a starter kit from their site but have not ventured yet....

I have been using everything in the sample kit and all I can say is WOW has it made a difference in my skin!!

I didn't think I would like an oil cleanser, but it is fantastic. It is so mild and not irritating like some other oils I've tried. It is quite soothing and turns milky when you wash it off with water. It washes off completely and does not leave a residue, just soft skin with no dryness at all.

I can't say enough good about the enzyme powder. You don't need much, add water and rub it together in your hands and it turns into this creamy foamy lather that feels so good on my face. I massage it around for 10-15 seconds and rinse and I have the smoothest face I've ever had. I use it almost every night.

I use the serum and love it, it does not irritate my skin. The cream is wonderful also, very hydrating, not greasy at all.

My pores are smaller and my makeup goes on with no primer needed. My combination skin (I'm in my 60's) has evened out so nicely and my dry spots were really dry and my oily spots really oily! It has been below zero here and my skin has stayed so nice.

I already ordered the cleansing oil and enzyme powder when they had their sale and really want to order their serum & cream, but will wait.

I use the cleansing oil and enzyme powder & serum and cream at night and am using up my other cleansers in the morning (sorry, but can't put oil on my face in the morning!) and then use the Tatcha serum and cream. I didn't think I would get this good of results, was surprised.

I would encourage anyone to try the sample kit and see what it does for you, I'm sure results will vary, but it couldn't have been better for me. Unfortunately, it's expensive, but they do seem to have specials, which is when I will be ordering it.

I guess I would say a month, using it every day. I ordered mine on Dec 1st, can't remember which day I got it, but it wasn't very long, and I still have a little left.

You should get at least 2 uses out of the packets of enzyme powder, so don't do like I did and pour the whole thing out at once!

I thought nothing I could do would make much of a difference because I was so satisfied with what I had been using and had been disappointed with other kits, but these products proved to be a pleasant surprise.

I used Purity for years then switched to Peter Thomas Roth which I like better but it feels a little drying so I ordered Tatcha and cannot wait for it to get here.

I will remember that with the packets - thanks for the tip I use Vit C serum as well (Mario Bandescu) every other night, maybe I'll add that back in too once I give the kit a fair shot. If I like it after the first week I might order a 2nd kit just to ensure I get about 6 weeks of trying it before paying for those full sizes - expensive (yet cheaper than Perricone and Kate S) I am going to wait till I am able to get a new 20.00 off code, the one they gave me is not working and I emailed cust. service, I will for sure let you know how I like it once I get them - I sure appreciate you answering all my questions.

I have also used Purity & PTR in the past and they were ok, but both made my skin a little on the dry side, so I went back to Paula's Choice Moisture Boost cleanser which worked very well, but really have to say this Tatcha Cleansing Oil does a better job of keeping my skin soft, especially in this freezing, dry weather we've been having in Wisconsin!

Hope you like it - although I was hoping I wouldn't like it because it's expensive! But I guess I'm getting to the point that if I finally find something that I really like, I will pay the price. I've sure spent enough on things that didn't work out (Perricone included and that's not cheap either).

Sandgirl - I sure hope your coupon works soon!!! I was going to get some ExfoliKate or whatever they call it now, and I am so glad I didn't. Hers is harsher on my skin than Tatcha enzyme powder and is probably just as expensive if not more! Sometimes I think we beat our skin up too much trying to get it nice and smooth, when something simple will work just as well.

After throwing in the towel on Philosophy, Dr. Perricone, and recently Dr. Denese (the Hydroshield started giving me milia around my eyes), I now have many products from different manufacturers in my rotation. Cleansers include Skinn's p.m., Tatcha, serums are Mad Hippie's VitC, Dr. Gross Ferulic Acid, PT Roth's Retinol Fusion, and some others. I also incorporate tretinoin, salicylic acid, and Alpha-Hydrox Souffle 12%.

My skin is happy!

I got a sample of the products and I wasn't impressed with the cleanser at all. I didn't feel like my face was clean and it doesn't take of eye make up.Won't be using the cleanser any more. I liked the moisturizer it felt soo nice and I like the eye cream. But for the price of these products I don't think they are worth the price.

Found this thread so I could share. In December I ordered the cleansing oil and rice power directly from Tatcha using their 20% discount offered at the time. I have other products which I actually do use each day. What I chose to do was use Tatcha once daily. Over time I have been impressed with my skin. I have never ever noticed the reduction in pore size with any product until this company. And with this harsh winter I have not struggled with dry skin at all. I am not using moisturizers from Tatcha but I absolutely have seen tremendous benefit from just using the oil and rice powder. Nothing else I have tried over the years has impressed me like this. And I also have to say the products do last. I still have a half jar of powder and will soon be needing the oil as there is probably a quarter left. I have used the oil once each day. And I have used the rice powder for treatments 3 to 4 times each week. By the way I am 63.

I agree - Tatcha is amazing! I understand that the price is a bit steep for some, but in my opinion the old adage, "You get what you pay for" applies when it comes to Tatcha.
