topic Blotting papers -- Do they work --- do they still make them? in Beauty

I used to use blotting papers (those little tissue paper like things) years ago when I was young and had very oily skin. Do they still make them?

Well, I'm old now and I have been wanting to try a new approach -- well, new for me--- with my foundation. Just applying it without powder. As the powder seems to make my skin look older --- accentuating every tiny line, etc. However, I don't like the look of the foundation without powder --- too shiny. I thought maybe the blotting papers (if they're still around) might help with this.

Your help, please!!!!
