topic Josie's hydrating loose finishing powder OR BE mineral veil? in Beauty

I'm 48 and do like Josie Maran's color adjusting argan oil foundation. However, I still have a lot of break-through shine/oily spots. I feel like a "powder" defeats the purpose of the foundation. What's the best way to handle this, when using Josie's foundation? Does Mineral Veil work well with Josie's products? Thanks!
