Hi all, wanted to give you all a heads up. I just ordered some new bye bye pores blush and the shades have drastically changed. I am so sad. Je Ne Sais Quoi was my go to fav. They are not the same colors. Carefree is also off a bit,but I used that one up,so no comparison left in pan,but I can tell. So sad☹️

@Firecat1984 Sorry to hear your blush is different. That happens often. Sometimes you can take what's left in your compact to the dept. store, Ulta or Sephora and they can help you come up with a close match.

@Firecat1984 - I'm so sorry. Je Ne Sais Quoi was one I liked too.

So often this changes when individual companies are bought by larger conglomerates, some of which have nothing to do with makeup lines. I saw it change with Laura Geller and Mally, although the current owners of LG seem to be taking it back to what Laura's original customer base wants.

It seems when a company does this they are more concerned about quantity than quality, and they cut corners. The formulas change.

Could we have been wrong so often in the past when we did not have proof? Not nice to fool us.

@Firecat1984 If you want to take the time, I would call IT CS or email them, and send them your picture. Is it possible what you recived was labeled incorrectly? That is a HUGE difference in color. Maybe they'll send you something closer to your original. Never hurts.

If you only had the blush in the quad it's possible that individual round full sizes were always different. I have found that when they make blush and shadows palettes, they are often different than the single colors. My advice would be to repurchase the same configuration you had if you can find one. Let us know what you do, hope you find what you want.

Thank you for all the ideas and suggestions. It customer service reached out and refunded all my blush purchases. I am very pleased. It cosmetics have always been excellent in that arena. I was hoping for a replacement and a oops it was not packaged correctly,but,no. It is the new coloration of Je Ne. I am very satisfying with being refunded. I will continue to use my bye bye pores translucent powder and my eye liners. They are my faves!

Thanks for updating us! Sounds like IT is doing the best they can to make it right, though it's a shame they changed the shade. This is where ebay is your friend, lol! I never had that shade or I would send it to you.
