Looks like that serum has a few different kinds of antioxidant botanicals. Chebula is a fruit used to make the extract used in the serum which is touted to be a powerful bioactive antioxidant. I have not used anything with that ingredient.

@JeanLouiseFinch I don't want to fall for more false claims. Don't want to waste my money. I saw it on a commercial but there are other brands. We're always looking for new and better, right! If I decide, I'll let you know.

I’ve been using True Botanicals for several years and genuinely love what their products have done for my skin. That being said, I don’t get the hype over the chebula serum and I am planning on canceling my subscription to it. They do have a new cream moisturizer that contains chebula and I do like that on my dry skin. It’s called Chebula Extreme Cream.

I just saw the price. I think you can probably find something less expensive. JMO

I was just checking out the ingredients in that chebula serum. Looks like the key ingredients are the green tea and ginger root extracts. Plus the glycerin and hyaluronic acid. TBH, I really can't see spending $90 for that serum with those ingredients. Seems a bit high. There are literally hundreds of botanicals used in skincare and there just isn't enough convincing me to value one more than another based on such little info about rare or unusual botanicals. I believe most of it is hype and sales pitch.
