Just a note about e.l.f. Cosmetics

So today I ran out to my local Walmart for a few things and stopped by the e.l.f. Display they have. I don't wear much makeup, just blush, lips, brows and sometimes mascara and liner under my eyes. I grabbed their brow pencil which I love and it's like 3$ and saw this little chubby lip balm called Little Bite lip balm. It looks like a mini josie Maran stick but I think that was 3$ also. Can I tell you that I love 💕 it! Great color and so moisturizing and wish I would have had it all winter cause my lips stay chapped. I might try their blush when I need it but glad to only spend 6$ and change. Anyone else use e.l.f.?

I do think they have pretty colors and I would love to use them but I don't like that they are made in China.

You hit the jackpot. Love E.L.F., cruelty-free and vegan (so of course, I'm a fan) as well as reasonable. Just the ticket for me....enjoy your new found treasures

I like e.l.f. bite size eyeshadows and eyeshadow sticks. Their bite size shadows are small enough to take with me, are pigmented, and provide nice color with no fallout. I don't use shadow enough to buy a large palette.

E.l.f. poreless putty primer is also very good.

The only thing I have is their camo concealer which is pretty good. I also have one of their 2.00 blushes, but it wasn't any good. I've read great reviews on their palettes.

@on the bay makes a good point....I'm very leery of products made in China...if they are imported the animals are subjected to testing. ELF is PETA certified, but it is a good idea to check from time-to-time.

Where are ELF Cosmetics' products made? ELF Cosmetics are made in China. *Note: Cosmetics made in China are not required to be tested on animals. Only cosmetics that are imported and sold in physical stores in mainland China are required to be tested on animals according to China's animal testing laws.

I like their Sheer Slick lippies. Have them in all but two of the colors they offer.

The Poreless Putty Primer is a good one. Love that. I keep a backup for it.

Their Holy Hydration Cleansing Balm is another one I love. Backup for that, too.

The Brow Pencil in Taupe is a staple when I need it.

Yes, I use ELF products and like them - have a couple brushes, bite-size blushes, cleansing balm. Also have a brow pencil to try but haven't opened it yet.

I recently started using the Holy Hydration Make-up Melting Cleansing balm to remove my make-up. It works better than several high-end balms I've used. Doesn't leave a stitch of make-up behind. I then follow with my regular cleanser & my PopSonic Spade. I prefer a double-cleanse at night.

I've heard MANY good things about their Poreless Putty primer. That is next on my list next time I get back to Ulta or Target.

Thanks all...Walmart had a pretty good selection so I may expand using some of the other products like the cleansing balm and sheer lippies...cool

Someone here -- sorry, I forget who -- recommended the camo powder foundation. I just bought it but have not tried it yet. I am on a quest to find a good, non-aging powder foundation!!!

I love their pomade and powder brow kit, but shy away from the rest of the line since it is made in China.
