Have anyone used this product? Pur Pressed Mineral Makeup Foundation???

I am curious about this makeup. I keep getting e-mails from this company - Pur. The product I am interested in is -- Pressed Mineral Makeup Broad Spectrum Powdered Foundation. This is in a compact.

Having really senstive and mature (old) skin, I am wondering if this would work for me??

Has anyone any experience with this particular product?

I used this for years and loved it--changed within the last year to KVD Apple foundation, which is a totally different kind of foundation. But, I was very pleased with the PUR, only changed for more coverage (and I am 75). If you were to purchase with an exchange policy, it would be worth the try,

Yes, I have used it and like it. Don't know if they still carry it but Kohl's used to and I have gotten it on sale.

I've been using the PUR 4-in-1 pressed powder foundation for many years. I'm 66 and for me it doesn't settle or make me look older. I like it b/c it contains some skincare ingredients plus moisturizers like shea and ceramides so it is not drying. No talc in it either. Has nice buildable coverage. Best way to apply it is with a dense flat-top buki and buff it into the skin well. That way the product sort of melts into your skin to become natural-looking and more skin-like in appearance. I get compliments on my skin a lot. People say I have beautiful skin...it's that foundation!

I recommend going to PUR's website and use their shadefinder there. Find it under BEAUTY TIPS in their banner at the top of their homepage.

@AngelPuppy1 I have never used Pur foundation but I did find a Pur deal online this week and was considering it. Every Monday Wendy WIlliams has Rue La La deals at half off and more. This week was a Pur deal for $25.99. It says its talc free too!

@SillieMee recommended it awhile back. It happened to be on sale on HSN at the time, so I tried it. I didn't care for it as much as I thought/hoped I would. It was drying and somewhat irritating, though in fairness my facial tenderness could have been from a skincare situation at the time. I prefer Laura Gelller's Balance-n-Brighten or a private label mineral foundation for my powdered options.

Yes, finally tried it last year, and I really like it! Great coverage and there are a lot of colors, so be sure to get colormatched......I reach for mine often!

OK, I take back what I said. I tried the Pur foundation just now (have a Dr. appt. this morning) and it's quite nice. 👍

Pur has bismuth, it can cause itching if you're sensitive to it...I learned that the hard way with the orginal Bare Minerals.

I have used this in the past, as well as a number of other powder or mineral foundations. PUR is good, but I recently tried E.L.F. Camo foundation powder and it is truly the best powder foundation I've ever used. It's also only $11. It covers well, there are 30 shades from which to choose, and it looks really nice on me. I'm in my 60s with combo skin, large pores, and some other issues than can come with age. I'm really happy with this product and the fact that it doesn't settle into my pores. It comes with a sponge applicator, but I use a kabuki brush that I already had. ELF also has some nice brushes if you need them.

More so than the foundation I alwaysd loved their Chisel brush, best I have found for applying powders.
