Brown mascara is a better choice as it brings out the green in your eyes. Also violet, navy eyeliners. I just found it interesting as for the last several years I have been liking brown mascara a lot better. When I wear black that is what stands out and not my eye color. With the brown mascara my eye color stands out. Also, I found that a red orange lipstick really makes the eye color pop.
